Damned RAZR Phone

The other day the keypad on my Motorola RAZR stopped working. The only button that worked was the power button. Out of the blue... First thing I thought of was that the reflash that I did a few months ago was flakey, so I went out and got the latest version of the flash and reflashed the phone. Same issue...
I downloaded the Motorola Mobile Phone Tools application and was able to make outbound calls using their software when the phone was connected to the computer via a USB cable and was able to answer inbound calls simply by opening the phone, but none of the buttons on the keypad worked...So I started looking on the web and found this guide to dissambeling the razr, (LINK UPDATED 10/21/2006) which is really awesome and very well layed out. I also found the service manual for the razr online somewhere I can't remember. Google for it, you'll find it pretty easily. The file name is "V3-RAZR Repair Manual.pdf".
Just a heads up, you will need a T6 and T5 screwdriver to take the razr apart. Don't even try to do it without the right tools. I already had the T6, but ended up having to go to Sears to get the T5. Radio Shack doesn't carry them, the clueless ass monkey at the register told me it was because of electronic warranty issues that they don't carry them.... WTF ever!
Long story short... Proper tools in hand, and about 2 hours later, the keypad works and everything is back to normal. One of the connectors had become slightly dislodged from its receiving end, causing the keypad to stop working... This is also listed in the Service manual as a common problem, so much so that they have assigned it a SVL problem code of RMP01. If the keypad assembly had needed replaced (Part number 8489976N02) they are readly available on ebay for about 8 bucks (T5 & T6 drivers included). If anyone needs any tips on taking it apart, would be happy to help...
The hardest part was getting the side buttons on the LCD side back on before re-assembling it...
