I had problem with my razr. It was water damaged and got dried up. It came but say "Bootloader USB init" Any step by step with that. I know I had to download a new USB driver, but forgive me if I have no clue how to do that. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know how to unlock the Motorola v505?

I was on a trip recently where my 815e was exposed to more moisture than it could handle (not solid water contact...just moisture for a few hours).
Needless to say, the phone doesn't have any appreciable weather protection and so I've been plunged into the Bootloader USB INIT error message.

I tried to let it dry out for a couple of days..after which it kept going to attempt to boot, and immediate failure to running the bootloader usb init error message...now that is all I get.
Now, even the battery doesn't have enough power to run the screen....it';s not until I connect it to the charger adaptor that I get the bootloader usb init screen.
My dealer says that since the tab under the bettery access panel is red, it means that the phone has been exposed to excessive moisture....and my warrenty doen't cover it...and it would cost more to repair it than to replace it AHHHH, the replacement cost is $300.00 (CDN)...so if there is anyone out there that can help me to resurrect the phone I'd surely appreciate it.
To date, I've:
- let it dry out for a few days
- taken the battery out and put it back in again
- hit it on the desk a few times in hopes to re-activate it (I read this on another site)
- tried to let it sit on the recharger for a while.
